Recently we used your services to clean 5 rooms of carpet... want to commend you and your representative for your services. (Your technician) who came to our home ...was on time, professional, did a thorough job and was most gracious. ...He represented your company well.

Our carpets are approximately 15 years old...We've used other carpet cleaning services with OK results in the past, but OxyMagic out did the others by far.

After your services, our carpets look like new. The method used, not only cleaned them but fluffed the carpet and made it feel soft and springy again. Even the dark stains that accumulate around the edges of the carpet next to wall, doorways and up stairs came clean. What a surprise!.....

I just had my carpets cleaned this past weekend for the first time. I am pleased at the way they came out (although not all of the stains came out) but even more pleased with the service we received. Dave was sent out to our home in Charlotte on Sat. He was great, very prompt with both his arrival and time of service and a very kind person. He not only took the time to go over any questions or concerns I had, but was very honest up front about the removal of some of the stains, as well as the post treatment if any new stains were to occur. I will definitely choose Oxymagic again in the future and hope to receive the same great service and hopefully have the same representative.
